App is made for people who work long sedentary jobs. App contains list of stretching, mobility and flexibility workout exercises for specific issues that users can do at their workplace, in office while they are at desk/chair. App is local without backend. Based on onboarding where user set work days and hours app schedule reminder notifications so user don't miss stretching at working days. Also when you do 1 workout session notifications are scheduled to remind you to complete challenge of 5 workouts a day. App contains different stats and option to share progress grid for current year. I work long hours and I got problematic back pain issue and since then I must do daily stretching exercises. This app is made for myself for my specific problem and I hope app can help other people with long sitting issues.

Long sitting is harmful for human body. I learned it hard way. If we must sit whole day at least we can spend 5 times by 5 minutes to keep our body more flexible and more healthy. App serve as guide and as a reminder to do daily stretching while you are at work.
